Privacy Policy

Account details: your name, email address and country when you sign up (directly or via Google sign-in).

Journal data: the trades you log or import (symbols, prices, quantities, times, strategies, tags, moods, notes and reflections) and your settings such as custom strategies, symbols and time frames.

Usage data: basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the service reliable.

Your data is used only to run the service: storing your journal, computing your analytics and insights, syncing across your devices, and providing support. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your trades for advertising or share them with brokers or third parties.

Your journal is private by default — only you can see it when signed in. If you create a share link, anyone with that link can view the shared page until you disable or regenerate it. Trade notes and reflections are never included in shared pages.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details — those go directly to Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS compliant. We only receive a payment confirmation and your plan status.

Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit (HTTPS) and row-level access controls so each account can only read its own data. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are never stored in plain text.

We use essential browser storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as your theme, selected market and recently used symbols. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

You can export your trades at any time (CSV/Excel import history) and request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing us. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
