Terms of Service

EdgeLedger is a trading journal and analytics tool for Indian Equity, F&O, MCX, Forex and Crypto. It helps you record trades and analyse your own performance. It is a record-keeping and educational tool only.

Nothing on EdgeLedger — including analytics, insights, leak detection or any content — constitutes investment, trading or financial advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and for complying with the laws and tax rules that apply to you.

You must provide accurate information when signing up, keep your credentials confidential, and be at least 18 years old. One account per person; do not share accounts or resell access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You retain full ownership of the trades, notes and other content you enter. You grant us only the right to store and process it to provide the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter — analytics are only as good as your logs.

New accounts receive a 30-day free Pro trial. After the trial, Pro features require a paid subscription (monthly price shown on our Plan page, billed through Razorpay) or a valid coupon. Prices may change with notice; changes never apply retroactively to a period you have already paid for. Free-plan features remain free.

You agree not to misuse the service: no attempting to access other users' data, no scraping or automated abuse, no uploading unlawful content, and no interfering with the service's operation. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may be added, changed or removed over time. We are not liable for losses — including trading losses — arising from downtime, bugs or data inaccuracies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EdgeLedger and ScoopLabs are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or trading losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms. On deletion, your data is permanently removed.
