Refund & Cancellation Policy

Every new account gets a 30-day free Pro trial. No payment details are taken for the trial, and you are never charged automatically when it ends — your account simply moves to the Free plan unless you choose to subscribe.

Pro is billed monthly at the price shown on our Plan page, paid in advance through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets). Your Pro access is active immediately after a successful payment and remains active until the end of the paid period.

You can cancel at any time by emailing talktobishu@gmail.com from your registered email address. Cancellation stops future renewals; your Pro access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your journal data remains intact on the Free plan.

Because a full 30-day free trial is provided before any payment, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a paid period has started.

We will, however, issue a full refund in these cases:

• You were charged in error or charged more than once for the same period.
• A technical fault on our side prevented you from using Pro features, and we could not fix it within a reasonable time.
• You request a refund within 48 hours of your first-ever payment and have not materially used Pro features in that period.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay and typically reach you within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or UPI provider.

If a payment is debited from your account but not credited to us, the amount is automatically reversed by your bank or UPI provider, usually within 5 business days. If it is not, contact us with the transaction reference and we will follow up with Razorpay on your behalf.

Coupons and complimentary or lifetime Pro grants have no cash value and are not refundable or transferable.
